Nurses Day at the Park was created in 2022 by me- Scott! I've been an RN for 13 years now and have worked exclusively in the hospital setting. I've worked in critical care, telemetry, and I currently work on a neuroscience unit. My love of Disney started when I was young and has just grown as an adult! Nurses Day at the Park was created in 2022 for medical professionals to enjoy a day at Disneyland after 2 years of working in a pandemic. The first event was held on April 28, 2022 and over 600 nurses attended! 2023 saw a jump to about 800 attendees! 2024 was an incredible year, with anywhere from 1,500 to 2,000 attendees! This yearly event is a celebration of all the hard-working nurses out there! Even though it’s catered to nurses, anyone can attend.
Nurses Day at the Park is a day for friends and family to get together and enjoy a day at Disneyland! Highlights include a group photo, giveaways, a group ride on an attraction, parade viewing, and so much more! Stay tuned for an announcement of the official schedule of events for April 25th, 2024. We have a block of rooms available at the Hyatt Orange as well as discounted tickets to Disneyland.
